How we have adapted online shopping service during COVID-19 level 4 lockdown.

As with all businesses in New Zealand, we are actively monitoring the ever-changing situation in New Zealand with regards to COVID-19. We will use this page to keep you informed about any changes to our service, and your ability to gain access to essential products via Redbasket.co.nz.

In accordance with latest MBIE Government guidance we’re able to supply certain essential items on our online store Redbasket.co.nz during current COVID-19 L4 lock-down.

Product Availability & Substitutions

We’re sorry if some of your chosen items are temporarily unavailable. If the product is unavailable when your order is being picked, then it will not be included in your order. If this happens, we suggest you check back on our website in the next day or so. We are working hard to get stock replenished as quickly as possible.

Our usual process of calling or messaging customers about out of stock products and will do our best to find an alternative or similar product.

Contactless delivery

We and our logistic partner have now introduced contactless delivery for the well-being of both our customers and the delivery team.

If you are self-isolating, vulnerable, unwell or have any specific delivery instructions please let us know in the delivery notes when you place your order. Deliveries will be left at the doorstep, unless other instructions are provided.  

We will request to do a verbal signature instead of physical signature unless you provide an authority to leave.
