Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Redbasket?

You can browse and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password all you need to do is click the ‘Lost your password?‘ link on the login page and follow the instructions. A password reset link will be sent to the email address you have registered.

If you do not remember which email address you have used to create an account, you can try creating a new account with your preferred email address. We’ll let you know if that email address is already registered.

How do I change my contact details?

Once logged in, click on your name in the account menu. You will then have the option to update your Account Details and Addresses.

How can I confirm that you received my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I shop for business?

Yes – you can shop for Business. All orders will receive GST invoice.

Can I subscribe for regular delivery?

Yes – you can subscribe products for regular delivery.

What is My Account section?

My Account is the section that allows you to manage your subscriptions and memberships as well as also helps you to see your order history and update your contact details.

Can I repeat the same order again?

To repeat the same order that you placed earlier, visit My Account > Orders page and select the order that you would like to place again. Click on the Button Order Again to place the order.

Can I subscribe for regular delivery?

Yes – you can subscribe products for regular delivery.

How does the subscription work?
  • Select the products and add them to your cart.
  • Go to Checkout and choose the frequency you would like to receive the shipment.

You’ll be billed once per set frequency and receive one shipment for it.

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed when you sign up, then once every set frequency.

When will I receive my subscribed shipment?

On a set frequency, once payment is cleared – we will ship your subscribed products.

What are the Frequency Options?

Subscription items can be delivered regularly on a set frequency –

  • Weekly
  • Bi-Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
I love your subscription service but I have too many products on my hands. Is there anything I can do besides cancelling my subscription?

Yes, absolutely! You have the option of skipping your next delivery and future charges. For example, if your’e going on vacation you can choose to skip that month’s delivery. This feature only works if you have an ongoing subscription paid on a set frequency. It does not work on prepaid subscriptions or if you just made a one time purchase.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription from your My Account page. If you’d rather slow your shipments without canceling, you can also choose to skip a month by pausing it.

How do I qualify for free shipping

We provide Unlimited Free Delivery when you signup with Redplus membership.

How much will the delivery cost?

Usually, We offer flat delivery cost based on your location. However, for bulky items there might be an additional cost. For more information, please visit Shipping Policy

Can I pickup my order?

Currently, we do not offer pickup. We only provide one option that is delivery.

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes – By default, all orders qualify for free order tracking. Please track your order here.

Do you do unattended delivery?

Yes we can do an unattended delivery if we have an authority to leave your order unattended. Please write ‘Authority to leave’ in the order note while placing an order.

What do I need to do to ensure I can receive an unattended delivery?

For a safe delivery we ask that you ensure secure access to your property which includes a safe path of travel, and that dogs and other animals are secured.

You can also provide delivery instructions when placing your order online if you would like to let us know where we should leave your order.

Can I use AfterPay or Laybuy?

We currently do not offer AfterPay, Laybuy or similar buy now, pay later payment services as a payment option. Our current payment options will be available to you when you are checking out your order.

What are the modes of payment?

Payment can be made using your credit or debit card during checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or gift cards as payment for any of our services.

If your payment is declined during checkout, we can’t guarantee delivery. We may attempt to contact you to make an alternative payment arrangements.

How do I use a promotion code?

Just before finalising your order you can add a coupon code via the ‘Apply coupon code’ button. This option appears in the final page of the checkout just above the Billing Details.
